Traci’s approach is shaped by a deep commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi partnership, Pacific community values, and practical, evidence-informed delivery. She believes governance, education, and community development are collective responsibilities — and that meaningful change happens when strategy is grounded in relationships.
