Support for Communities

Traci successfully supports learning communities to:

• shift future-focused teaching practices through exploring current research and aligning this to school wide vision, mission and values;

• create change within a school community building on local curriculum develop effective pedagogy and practices to reflect the goals of strategic plan and charter.

• Establish meaningful relationships to support implementing effective change is imperative in building relational trust.

This is achieved through specialised areas of;

cultural responsiveness, future focused education, digital fluency and relational pedagogies.

Alongside MoE and private contracts, service to others is achieved through supporting Pacific communities through planning, design and delivery of programmes such as 'Talanoa Ako' to help support families through our churches and community groups.
