Traci has spent over a decade delivering Ministry of Education-funded professional learning across the motu, from early years through to secondary and tertiary teacher education. MoE-Aligned PLD Facilitation

Initial Teacher Education & PCT Mentoring
Direct, current mentoring experience across two universities and multiple ITE providers, supporting provisionally certified and pre-service teachers to meet the Standards for the Teaching Profession.
